Greene & Co Estate Agents needed an exciting marketing campaign to encourage people to buy in Bermondsey Spa.
A bold, confident and striking visual was created to attract young professionals to move to this newly regenerated area.
Creating invitations, direct mail and hoardings alongside a 16 page local area guide, to a giant walk through illustration which led the prospective buyers to the showflat – the aim, to tell the story of Bermondesy from its humble beginnings to the thriving and desirable area it has now become.
