Manors are an independent Central London property agent who have been established for the past 40 years and operate solely in the W1 postcode. They wanted to create a strong press and online marketing campaign to highlight this. Our approach was to communicate their presence as a landmark in the area. We employed model makers to create a giant foam logo replica and art directed a shoot showing it in iconic locations within their catchment area.
